Same as others. You already know if you like Pizza Hut. My issue is the sign by the freeway. It is not by the freeway by any measure.

First time in the the store and had a very good experience the girl that took care of us was very good. She explain every guestion i had, i will go back.

I tried to order delivery service yesterday (as I have had Pizza Hut delivered to my house for 10 YEARS from this store). They said I was outside their map and there was nothing they could do. They acted like I was crazy to suggest that I ever received delivery from them. I am 4.1 MILES away. I could walk there. Ridiculous. I have no problem giving our family's business to a different chain restaurant.

Pizza was amazing, ordered online close to closing time got there paid and they brought it to the door, pizza was delicious.

My Pizza is always done correctly and it's always a joy to go there as one of the staff member knows me by name!

Pizza was old and dry. Service was very slow.

Buffet was horrible! Buffet ends at 1pm....got there at 12:20 to find out that the old food on the buffet was pretty much all they were planning on serving. Old lady employee was super rude. Had to ask for refills of soda. Asked if they could possibly make some more breadsticks at least......

I ordered two large boxes of pizza, and requested for paper plates the older lady said I had to order 5 boxes of pizza an order to get just 4 paper plates or she would get in trouble however I don’t think this is true

As Pizza Huts go, this is one of the better. The staff is usually very cordial and accommodating. Unfortunately, new staff members frequently don't appear to be well trained before being put into service.

It's just Pizza Hut...

Pizza was great. It's fantastic to find a sit down full service Pizza Hut that isn't attached to a Taco Bell!My pizza was made without the special fun extra butter garlic, but he gave me a dipping sauce. Cheesy garlic knots we're delicious! Restaurant was clean. Waiter was friendly. Food was quick.

Was here with grandparents and family around 845. Tremendous service and attentiveness to us, making sure we had all we needed. Brought us 4 pizzas and breadsticks, kept refills and extra sauce coming, and even threw on a free pizza because the manager didn't like the quality of one of the pies. Definitely will be back here, and with the family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Today we had 15 pizzas plus breadsticks delivered to a party. There was trouble with the payment - something was wrong with their machine and our card wouldn't go through. They called me to work it out and we tried another card that wouldn't go through. Ultimately we paid cash, but the manager was so sincerely sorry for the issue and sent the pizza out for delivery before it was paid for, then gave us a discount for the trouble. The driver brought everything inside for us and was very helpful. To top it all off - every single pizza was hot and delicious. Well done!

The last two times we order curbside pick up from the Germantown, WI Pizza Hut our order has not been correct. The pizza sauce on the hand made crust was missing from the middle if the pizza pie itself. We ordered extra cheese and it was the same amount of a normal order even though we had it mention on the sales receipt. We also asked for garlic flavor crust and we did not get that again, same as last order. There barley put any Italian sausage on the pizza and the I think we had maybe 5 pieces of onion on the pizza. How you can order via app and it shows up on the sale receipt and cannot get it right is totally beyond me. I truly have to say that was the worst pizza hut pizza I have ever had in the past 30 years of going to a pizza hut. How hard can it be to read and full fill an order. Last time we will be support the Germantown, WI pizza hut. We'll drive 5 minutes out of the way and go to Menomonee Falls, WI.

Tried Pizza Hut delivery for the first time and have been using the Domino’s next door for two years with no issues, really wanted to change it up with a cheesy bites pizza and they told me that I’m out of the delivery range (4.7 miles). In the strip-mall, Pizza Hut is actually closer than dominos (sure it’s only a couple of years but still.) If that’s how things are going to be and they don’t want my money, I’m fine with giving Domino’s my service.

We called to order a pizza to our local hotel. We thought we'd get a head of the wait time by ordering 10 minutes before checking in. I was first told to call back after we checked in. I told them I wanted to order now to avoid a wait and told them I would call them back with our room number. After we checked in, I called back to give them our room number. When we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes...no pizza, I called them. I was told they went to the wrong hotel and there was a computer "glitch" that didn't get my room number information (wouldn't have matter since they were at the wrong hotel). We were told the driver was out delivering four pizzas and if we wanted it, we'd have to wait. They already charged my card. I asked if the pizza would now be free, we were told it wasn't there fault. I asked them cancel my order, we weren't waiting another hour. I think they need some better customer service or management over their employees. Good luck!

Yesterday I saw a delivery driver in route smoking in her car, gross!!!

Normally I have a great experience with Pizza Hut in general. This time, the biggest failure came from the manager Jamie at the Mequon location. I had to call looking for my order, which was 10 minutes beyond projected eta. His response was it should be there any minute, 25 minutes and 2 different stories later from the driver and manager, my staff received their lunch. The driver was very nice and apologetic. As for the manager, not so much as a sincere apology for the inconvenience or mix up. He simply stated "I'm failing to see how this is our fault." Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Pizza was ok but I have had much better at many other Pizza Huts. Service was ok. The waitress was friendly but not very present even though we were the only people in the place. I have been to this one several times over the years...it has been much better and cleaner in the past. Hopefully my past memories are more the norm. I'd give the past 4.5 stars.

Ordered a delivery for 40$ , Pizza Hut said “Transaction Declined”. Turns out they actually did charge me 40$ and told us there was no delivery orders received even though we had been charged full price for delivery and the food. I called PayPal and they told us to Go to the store that you were charged by and allow them to authorize it in person. Went there assuming the worst case scenario is they make the food but we pay them delivery fees etc even though we had to pick it up now, The manager and assistant refused to make our order even though we brought two phones showing their store number, the authorized order, and the amount charged (They clearly had no interest in wasting their time on our measly 40 dollar order). We walked out of Mequon Rd Pizza Hut with no food and -40$. This is not the only problem we have had here so I strongly recommend you save your money and DO NOT buy food from here, ESPECIALLY if you dislike being scammed by lazy minimum wage pizza workers...

They have a dining area that's very nice... The lunch buffet starts at 1130AM Monday thru Friday and is definitely worth getting 👍 food is always good

Food was good. The deliver drive complained about how far he had to deliver and I tipped him like 10 bucks. He was polite and cool tho. I didnt get any marinara sauce for my bread sticks there was no garlic seasoning on the end of my pizza nor was there any hut favorite seasoning on the other pizza. No napkins and no utensils. The pasta was great though. A free pizza will make me rate 4 srats

No one answered when trying to call ahead. Drove to place my order and informed them I had attempted to call ahead. Also out of green pepper for my supreme pan. Offered to substitute. While waiting, the phone rang another 12, with noone answering it, yet commented about how "slammed" they were in front of it. The phone system announces the phone number, hopefully they call back and apologize later, when they're not "slammed" (Half of tables are occupied). I did receive breadsticks and an apology though...

Poor service and staff...

$5 All you can eat pizza every Wednesday 5pm-7pm, need I say more.

It was a good classic Pizza Hut! Some Pizza Huts elsewhere just don't seem to have/be the same recipes or something that they used to be, but this one was spot on!A little far off of the highway if you're just going through, but still a good stop that's worth it.

I like the buffet. Nice and clean. Newer compared to other pizza huts in the area.

The staff are always friendly to me!
